Winter Grab-Bag

With the holiday season, I thought it would be fun to have a wintry grab-bag! So how does it work? Well, there are five "bags" I have to give away. The first five people to email me the form below, will each get a bag. Each bag contains one dogz and one wintry playpen/playscene wallpaperz (two kinds; chosen randomly)!
